Chur, the location is sweet as near Termini, but the breakfast was pretty basic and lacked variety. The staff were heaps friendly, though!

absolutely average stay. the elevator felt like a death trap, so charming for a hotel. also, the beds were unbearably uncomfortable. i expected a lovely room upgrade for my troubles, but clearly that’s just too much to ask. almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

Couple looking for a decent stay, go for it
The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with good coffee and pastries, really set the tone for the day. the location had tons of restaurants nearby, perfect after a long day of walking around.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but for what you get it's acceptable.

Rooms are small but clean, good for a short stay. Noise from the street can be bothersome at night.

The beds were uncomfortable, feeling overly firm and worn out, like sleeping on a flat surface. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, with frequent dropouts making it a hassle to stay connected. The noise levels from the street and neighboring rooms could be bothersome, particularly for light sleepers. With only a portable air conditioning unit in one of the rooms, keeping it cool at night was challenging due to both the heat and noise when the window was open. storage options in the rooms were limited, leaving personal items scattered without much space to breathe. The breakfast offerings lacked variety, and the elevator seemed old without much reliability, which added some inconvenience during the stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near Termini, making it easy to navigate the city. Our room was clean and had comfortable beds which made for a pleasant stay. Daily housekeeping ensured everything was neat, and the breakfast options were quite satisfying with various drinks and pastries. nearby shops and restaurants provided plenty of choices for meals.
The elevator was problematic at times, which added inconvenience to our experience.

Great stay with friends! The staff were incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was a fantastic start to our days. We loved exploring nearby attractions like the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk around, and having a 24-hour front desk was super convenient for our late-night adventures.
We did experience some noise from the street that made it hard to sleep at times. It was a bit disruptive, especially at night when the streets were busier.
